Dishwasher & Microwave safe
- 11 and 15 ounce mugs are made of premium quality 100% white ceramic and are dishwasher & microwave safe.
Hand Wash Only
- 12 and 17 ounce Enamel mugs are Hand Wash Only. They are not to be used in the microwave or put in the dishwasher.

Order Processing, Shipping & Returns Policy
ORDER PROCESSING INFO:
Currently, orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. However, please allow up to 7 business days to account for any unexpected fluctuations in demand or production or if orders must be personalized or custom-made :)
Shipping time is NOT included in the Order Processing time because we have no control over the couriers once packages leave the warehouse.
SHIPPING INFO:
All orders are shipped with tracking information and this will be sent to the email address on file.
Note: Upgrading the shipping time i.e Next Day or Overnight - does not change the processing time, it only expedites the shipping time once your order leaves our warehouse.
Most of our products are printed and shipped by us from our Central Florida studio. However, occasionally during peak seasons, we use a Professional Printing company to print and ship orders directly to our customers. This enables us to process orders efficiently and quickly.
International shipping times are estimated at 6-10 business days.
