- Remove pillow carefully from packaging and shake vigorously to regain the fluffiness - use hands and press from all sides for filling to spread evenly.

*Do not dry-clean.
*Remove the pillow cover.
*Pre-treat the stains with a soft cloth or a bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soap water.
*Machine wash, max 104°F (40°C), normal cycle.
*Do not bleach, do not tumble dry.
*Iron, steam or dry low heat only.
*Fluff pillow to reshape when assembling back together.

ORDER PROCESSING INFO:
Currently, orders are typically
processed within 2-5 business days. However, please allow up to 7 business days
to account for any unexpected fluctuations in demand or production or if orders
must be personalized or custom-made :)
Shipping time is NOT included
in the Order Processing time because we have no control over the couriers once
packages leave the warehouse.

All orders are shipped with tracking information and this will be sent to the email address on file.
Note: Upgrading the shipping time i.e Next Day or Overnight - does not change the processing time, it only expedites the shipping time once your order leaves our warehouse.
Most of our products are printed and shipped by us from our Central Florida studio. However, occasionally during
peak seasons, we use a Professional Printing company to print and ship orders
directly to our customers. This enables us to process orders efficiently and quickly.
